Terms of Service

The rules for using the website, intellectual property, the status of offers and the limits of our liability.

  • Updated September 22, 2026

1. General Provisions

These Terms govern the use of the website DigitalServices.ge (hereinafter “the Website”). The Website is owned and operated by DigitalServices, a digital agency based in Tbilisi, Georgia (hereinafter “we”). By accessing the Website and using any of its pages, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to them. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not use the Website.

2. Use of the Website

The Website is intended to introduce our services, portfolio and informational materials and to allow you to contact us. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any activity that:

  • violates the legislation of Georgia or the rights of third parties;
  • damages or disrupts the operation of the Website, its server or related systems;
  • involves automated collection or copying of content, or unauthorized access;
  • uses our contact channels to send spam or misleading or offensive messages.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials published on the Website — texts, articles, design, graphics, logos, photo and video materials, software code and structure — are the property of DigitalServices or are used with the permission of the rights holder, and are protected by copyright and related rights legislation.

Copying, distributing, modifying or using these materials for commercial purposes without our prior written consent is prohibited. Articles may be quoted with attribution to the source — DigitalServices.ge — and an active link.

Portfolio and Client Brands

The trademarks, logos and content of the projects presented in our portfolio are the property of the respective clients and are used on the Website solely to illustrate the work performed.

4. Services, Offers and Pricing

The information about services published on the Website is of a general nature and does not constitute a binding offer. The scope, timeline and cost of each project are determined individually after a consultation and set out in a written proposal or contract.

We reserve the right to change the list, description or terms of our services at any time. Such changes do not apply to contracts already concluded — those are governed solely by the terms agreed between the parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Website and the information on it are provided “as is”. We strive to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee its completeness or freedom from errors, or that the Website will operate continuously and without interruption.

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damage that may arise from the use of the Website, its temporary unavailability or decisions made on the basis of the information published on it. The advice given in our articles is for informational purposes only and does not replace individual consultation.

Search engine rankings, advertising campaign results and sales figures depend on many external factors. We undertake to perform our work professionally and in line with best practices, but we do not guarantee any specific ranking or result.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website contains links to third-party resources — client websites, social networks, WhatsApp and Messenger. These resources are outside our control, and we accept no responsibility for their content, availability or privacy practices. When you use third-party services, their own terms apply.

7. Personal Data

The processing of your personal data when you use the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is published on a separate page of the Website.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the legislation of Georgia. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the Website shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties; if no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be heard by the competent court of Georgia.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated version takes effect from the moment it is published on the Website, and the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the Website after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
